This is an exemplary 28 inch tall by 39 one-quarter inch wide black painted wooden wall art frame with gold highlights made in the Netherlands.

This period frame could fit a 28x39 inch landscape painting or a 39x28 inch portrait painting or even fashioned into a 40x52 inch gold framed mirror.
