    Fine pair of calligraphic profile portraits that are watercolor and ink on paper and signed and dated 1791 by Joseph Bernard watercolor artist who lived between 1740 and 1809.

    The two paper artworks each measure 19 inches tall by 13 inches wide made in the late 1700s (18th century).

    The overall wall art measures 22 inches tall by 15 inches wide in each of the gilded gold leaf picture frames.

    Jean-Joseph Bernard was a master writer of French 18th century, born in 1740 at Luneville, and died at Saint-Cloud in 1809.
